Most of the company's products are designed, printed, and embroidered completely in its Ann Arbor, MI factory. The workers receive fair wages, healthcare, 401k matches, and meals. The shirts feature a modern fit, slightly tapered to be a little less boxy, tighter in the chest and shoulders. The fabric is a super soft, ringspun, 30/1 fine jersey knit with USA-grown cotton.
